When is Firelight Festival?
In light of the recent Victorian Government lockdown, we have made the difficult decision to delay Firelight Festival.
We are keen to host this event at a future date, as soon as restrictions allow.
Where is Firelight Festival located?
The Firelight Festival will take place in Docklands, along Victoria Harbour Promenade and New Quay Promenade.
The health and safety of both the public and participants has been foremost in the design and planning of Firelight Festival. To ensure the event meets COVID-19 safety requirements bookings are essential for all attendees and the festival has been spread evenly over two separate areas with no access between the two.

Victoria Harbour Promenade entry via:
– Cnr Harbour Esplanade and Victoria Harbour Promenade

What food will be on offer at Firelight Festival?
You can expect giant paellas, blazing BBQ, warming soups, hot drinks, delicious desserts, mulled wine and hot chocolate to keep you warm on the inside.
Can I catch public transport to Firelight Festival?
Yes, public transport will be the best way to get to Firelight Festival. Docklands is located in the Free Tram Zone, catch the free City Circle Tram or take the 30, 70, 75, 48 or 11 tram. For timetables, visit Public Transport Victoria or call 1800 800 007.
Otherwise Southern Cross Station is located right on Docklands doorstep. Exit at the northern end of station and walk across the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to Docklands’ Harbour Esplanade.
Is there any car parking in close proximity to Firelight Festival?
Free, two-hour and street metered parking is located on Bourke Street and other locations throughout Docklands. There are also paid entry car parks located at Marvel Stadium and The District Docklands, and a number of other car park operators throughout Docklands.

Do I need to book?

Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket.
I’m no longer able to make it – can I return my tickets?
If you are no longer able to use all or some of your tickets, please let us know by simply filling out the Ticket Return Form available on the Contact Us page. If the event is sold out we will release your tickets to the Firelight Festival Waitlist for others to enjoy.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Ticket exchange requests can be submitted via our contact page or by replying to your confirmation email. Please ensure you provide your booking confirmation number. All exchanges are subject to availability.
What time do I need to arrive?
Tickets allow for entry any time from 5:30pm.
Please note: entry may be subject to changing on-site capacity limits in line with current COVID restrictions.
Where can I find my tickets?
Your tickets will be attached to the confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
